Nick: The book in question is KIND OF overpowered. You can bypass all research, which kinda breaks and destroys the point of thaumcraft.

Yeah But Thaumcraft Has More Points As well Just Telling Like Doing the infusions and getting the items required will take time and just doing the research is just nothing compare to getting it like if i spend enough time i can get like a nano saber its kinda a waste of time (no offense)

I am thinking can we have a increase of ore spawn rate that make stuff little easier and also i was thinking of a infusion altar at spawn that everyone can use but they need the essentia. that would be awesome

Nick, kind of an important mechanic in thaumcraft, as you know, IS the infusion altar. If they just had a free one, that’d be kind of unfair. also, I thought this thread was about banned item, correct?

@Nick Hey there, regarding the ore spawn rate:
With the next update, we will fix the bug, that most of the ores spawning is copper from different mods. As we remove copper spawning from all except one mod other ores will start spawning equally.

Laser Drill? LASER DRILLS! DONT REMOVE SUCH A BELOVED ITEM!
It would be better to just limit it to the farm world because well you know -
@Evolvedgamer1 Laser drill? You mean quarry or mining laser?
They are only banned in the overworld to prevent harm. You can use them anywhere else. Reading is an uncommon skill these days I assume … :confused:
