Modern Millenaire download problem

Hi all i have a problem caused by my pc, and i wish you can help me. I have a laptop with switchable graphic card and when i try to launch the modern millenair from the technic launcher my pc decide that there is NO ABSOLUTE WAY to make it run on the dedicated gpu (tried everything). So i want to know if i can download the modpack somewhere without using the technic launcher, since when i use minecraft vanilla it’s all fun and games at 120fps. Thanks everybody

Hey there,
actually its not posible to download it on any other wise. I can set up the pack it requires that you can setup the pack manual using Minecraft Vanilla+Forge. So can you set it up yourself when I send you the files except Forge?
