Hello, I want do help the server sow i i want be helper

I don’t realy know how long i can be on the server but i think 24 hour in a week
My minecraft username is: Kennygamer
I’am 15 years and i want to be staff because i want the server and help the owner and all the members
I have be manny times staff and i think that is beter for the server
Mostly on server i was mod, admin or co owner
I a player is rude i’m gone ask if he can stop and give a warning , If he don’t stop i’m gone Mute him

How much time can you dedicate to the server?: 10-20 hrs a week mabey more some weeks

Why do you want to be staff?: I enjoy helping people out whether they are new to the server or just have a general questions about the modpack or mods in it.
What would you bring to the table as a staff member?: Im a very open person i like to put myself in other peoples shoes (so to speak) before i even think about how to go about a problem.
Have you ever worked on another server?: not officially but i try to be as welcoming as i can when people first join and if anyone asks a question i know the answer to i usually try to answer it to the best of my ability
A player is acting up on the server, and being rude to you, how would you handle this situation?: I’d probably give them a warning ( say hey you are being disrespectful the the server/community/me and or any other player and if you continue i will have to take action)and if they continue depending on the circumstances (like spam or straight up racism or swearing) i’d probably mute them for a period of time.

I already have ts installed and am installing skype as we speak ( as i type)

So the majority of the staff already know me … so I’m not gonna waste your time describing myself to you. I’m applying for helper because I enjoy helping people, I consider myself a fairly good builder … but I don’t really have any proof other than what you have already seen. Im great when it comes to managing people and I love working with them even more, I have a vast amount of knowledge when it comes to the plugins and mods we are currently using and I’m always glad to set aside whatever I’m doing to help a player. To me the community and the players are what matters, not what I’m doing.
