How much time can you dedicate to the server?: 10-20 hrs a week mabey more some weeks

Why do you want to be staff?: I enjoy helping people out whether they are new to the server or just have a general questions about the modpack or mods in it.
What would you bring to the table as a staff member?: Im a very open person i like to put myself in other peoples shoes (so to speak) before i even think about how to go about a problem.
Have you ever worked on another server?: not officially but i try to be as welcoming as i can when people first join and if anyone asks a question i know the answer to i usually try to answer it to the best of my ability
A player is acting up on the server, and being rude to you, how would you handle this situation?: I’d probably give them a warning ( say hey you are being disrespectful the the server/community/me and or any other player and if you continue i will have to take action)and if they continue depending on the circumstances (like spam or straight up racism or swearing) i’d probably mute them for a period of time.

I already have ts installed and am installing skype as we speak ( as i type)
