ShadowWolf21 staff application

I am 12 years old. I do have teamspeak but I cant talk. I also have skype. I can dedicate 4-7 hours to this server. My minecraft username is ShadowWolf21. I want to be staff because i would like this server get bigger and less arguing also i am very active and there is not that much active staff. what would you bring to the table as staff member? well i am nice i have lots of free time to stay online to help other players. I have worked on a other server and the position is head-admin. if a player is being rude then i would give them 3 warnings them a temp mute for ten minutes and if they continued i would go to 20 then 30 and so on.
