Hey there,
as of today, you might have noticed the following thing in the help section of our forums.
So basically this is nicer than having the [In Process] and [Resolved] tags, which had to be manually added before.
If you open a new thread in the help section, you will automatically open it as a question!
We as moderators can then mark a question as solved which creates this nice and soothing green box :slight_smile:
Also as admins we can convert old / already existing threads to questions using the topic tools (make sure to remove the threads title tags in brackets!):
So let’s tag some people:
