Dissappearing items in chests [Solved]

Hi im using the Novus Bevo pack
and for some reason on the Alpha server items in my chest have dissapeard twice now!
this is very frustrating as i keep losing lots of progression
this happend to me twice (one the 22th and one on the 23th of Juli) after a server time out or crash. -
If you find what specific items keep disappearing, maybe you could tell people to be wary of that, In Steve’s Adventure Craft, things like the polytool and the Arcane spellbook frequently disappear, so people just don’t use them. Also, are you sure you aren’t just having your stuff stolen when you go offline/are not looking?

@tmax_hand no thats not the case its actually also blocks like my windgenerator disspeared together with my leadstone energy cube when i logged back on, also all of my melted ores , it seems like it vanishes items or blocks that have been altered with right before a crash or timeout

If the chest is claimed, it is protected.

If the chest is IN claimed land, its protected.

It was in claimed land both of the cases -
Unless someone is bypassing claim blocks using a certain item/tool/whatever.

Sorry, but we don’t have any clue what has happened here. If your chests were claimed it’s good, but unfortunately there are some ways to bypass the protection. We’re working on fixing it, but at this point there’s nothing we can do about your lost chests… :/
