Server Down? [Solved]

Since an Hour or Longer i cant remember when it starts. There are 19/25 slots at the Alpha Novus Server and i cant join. Its like: ,Logging in…, and then after good 5 Minutes ,Timed out,. When the Server is playable? Or can u just restart or something else that helps? Thanks alot. ~Froste
