How much time can you dedicate to the server?: I can leave minecraft on literally every moment I’m awake and not at work… so roughly 12 housr a day.

Why do you want to be staff?: I feel I can dedicate myself enough to the server not only as a player, but as an exceptional mediator. I deal with conflict in my day to day life at work and I have become very skilled at calming conflict as well as resolving any negative situations to a mutual agreement.
What would you bring to the table as a staff member?: As a staff member, I am able to dedicate a large portion of my time to the server and ensure things are running as should be. I do not have any other obligations to other servers and would love to pick this server as the one I dedicate my experience and talents toward, ensuring the growth and development of the server as I have come to appreciate and enjoy it greatly.
Have you ever worked on another server?: I was an admin alongside Garbanth for over a year on Avelcraft and felt I was hugely beneficial to the growth of the server, however, the server no longer required our aide and we have been since looking for a developing server to attend to.
If you have worked on another server, what position was it?: An admin. I performed duties that helped develop and grow the server as well as keep players happy and make sure things ran smoothly.
A player is acting up on the server, and being rude to you, how would you handle this situation?: If issues arose, I would instruct the player that I was an admin/moderator and would be force to ban if infractions continued. I will follow server policy on punishments / banishments and always make sure proof of the players attitude / infractions was available for review by server officials.
